What to see: town and museum
Use Comrat as your town stop and the history and ethnography museum in Beșalma as the main cultural visit. Its collection includes clothing, jewellery, tools and household objects. A guide can explain their purpose; ask ahead whether explanations are available in your preferred language.
How much time to allow
Set aside a separate day returning to Chisinau. This is a planning allowance, not a scheduled tour duration. Fix the museum visit first, then fit in Comrat and lunch. With public transport, a shorter itinerary is wiser than depending on the last return service.
Getting there from Chisinau
For two stops, consider arranging a car with a driver and the return journey in advance. Ask whether waiting at the museum is included. If travelling by bus, confirm the Comrat departure with the operator, then separately check onward transport to Beșalma and back. Do not assume those legs form one guaranteed connection.
Make lunch part of the visit
